Applies to individual policies, group policies, and contracts issued by medical expense indemnity corporations, hospital service corporations, and health services corporations

Updates gendered language from "his or her" to "their" when referring to health care practitioners prescribing prenatal vitamins

Takes effect on the same date as the 2024 prenatal vitamin coverage law (S. 1965-A and A. 3865-A) that this bill amends
