Defines a minor as "engaged in work as an influencer" when at least 30% of compensated content over a 30-day period features the minor's likeness, name, or photograph, and the content generates platform compensation or at least 10 cents per view

Mandates influencers maintain and provide records to minors including: number of compensated content pieces, total minutes of content, minutes the minor was featured, total compensation generated, and amounts deposited into trust accounts

Requires influencers to set aside a percentage of gross earnings equal to at least half of the minor's content percentage into the trust account (divided equally among multiple qualifying minors)

Grants minors age 13 or older (or adults for content created when they were minors) the right to request deletion of content containing their likeness, and allows minors to bring civil actions for violations with potential recovery of actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees
