Raises the monetary threshold for securities fraud to qualify as a class E felony from $250 to $1,000 in wrongfully obtained property

Updates gendered language ("he has/he damages") to gender-neutral terms ("they have/they damage") in criminal mischief statutes

Applies to offenses committed on or after the effective date, as well as pending criminal proceedings for offenses committed prior to the effective date
