Requires municipalities that receive state legislative authorization to alienate (sell, lease, discontinue, or change use of) parkland to submit a report to the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation by December 31st of the following calendar year

Reports must be signed by the municipality's chief executive officer and include a narrative description of the alienation status plus an attestation of compliance with all legislation conditions, including dedication of replacement parkland

Municipalities that have not fully complied must file annual interim reports explaining why conditions were not met and when they will be completed

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief against municipalities that fail to comply with reporting requirements or parkland alienation legislation conditions

Municipalities that do not meet alienation conditions by December 31st of the third calendar year following enactment become subject to enforcement action, unless the authorizing legislation specifies a longer timeframe
