Requires the Commissioner of Education to establish a reporting procedure for all public school districts on their compliance with art education instruction requirements in elementary and secondary grades

School district reports must include: number of non-compliant schools, reasons for non-compliance, student capacity for art education, whether schools employ certified art teachers, and whether required class time is being provided

Superintendents of districts with non-compliant schools must prepare a corrective action plan for board of education approval at a public meeting and begin implementation the following school year

School districts failing to submit required reports will be posted on the Department of Education's website

Commissioner must submit annual reports to the Governor and legislative leaders beginning July 1, 2026, analyzing compliance data and identifying steps to ensure all public schools meet art education requirements
