Mandates police agencies destroy any chemical weapons currently in their possession or under their control

Defines "chemical weapons" as toxic chemicals, munitions designed to cause death or harm through toxic properties, and related equipment

Defines "kinetic energy munitions" to include impact rounds such as rubber baton rounds, plastic, wax, wood, or rubber-coated projectiles
