Extends the statute of limitations for employment discrimination lawsuits under New York Human Rights Law (Executive Law Article 15) from the current timeframe to six years

Amends Section 213 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules to add a new subdivision 10 specifically covering unlawful discriminatory practices in employment

Places employment discrimination claims in the same six-year limitations category as contract actions, fraud claims, and actions based on mistake

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law
