Allows persons aged 10 and older to hunt small game, fowl, deer, or bear without a hunting license or hunter education certification when accompanied by a qualified hunting mentor

Defines a qualified hunting mentor as someone who is at least 21 years old, holds a valid hunter education certificate and current hunting license, and must remain within arm's reach of the mentored hunter at all times

Requires mentors to have parental or guardian authorization when mentoring anyone under 21 years of age

Limits the mentor and mentored hunter to possessing only one firearm, one bow, or one crossbow combined while hunting together

Restricts each mentor to supervising only one person per hunting trip
