Creates the "Justice for Our Veterans Act" establishing an alternative resolution program for veterans and service members whose military service-related conditions (PTSD, traumatic brain injury, mental illness, substance abuse) contributed to their criminal offense

Excludes certain serious offenses from eligibility including murder, aggravated murder, kidnapping in the first degree, arson in the first degree, terrorism, and all sex offenses

Requires district attorney consent for felony charges and court determination that institutional confinement is unnecessary for public protection before defendants charged with class A, B, or C felonies can participate

Treatment plans are limited to 12 months for non-felony offenses and 18 months for class A, B, or C felonies, with possible 12-month extensions upon showing of need and defendant consent

Upon successful completion, charges may be dismissed and records sealed for lower-level offenses, or defendants may withdraw guilty pleas and substitute pleas to reduced charges (class D felony or lower) for more serious offenses
