Requires the NYC Department of Buildings to post complaint records (excluding complainant names and addresses) on its public website

Mandates the department maintain and publish online records of all construction and building accidents resulting in serious injury, death, or property damage from building code violations, including unsafe building orders and stop work orders

Requires the commissioner to investigate construction accidents and dangerous condition incidents and prepare written reports that are publicly available online

Establishes biannual reporting to community boards and borough presidents on department enforcement actions, including immediately hazardous violations, major violations corrected, court actions, closure orders, environmental control board actions, fines, and vacate/stop work orders

Takes effect one year after becoming law
