Authorizes sharing of voter registration data with these organizations, including names, addresses, dates of birth, voter ID numbers, DMV ID numbers, last four digits of Social Security numbers, and voter history

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to provide similar information to the state's representative for multistate voter list maintenance purposes, but prohibits knowingly sharing information on non-citizens

Protects participants in the confidential voter program (address confidentiality) by explicitly excluding their information from any data sharing under this law

Sets a deadline of July 31, 2026 for New York to complete registration with a multistate voter list maintenance organization, with withdrawal requiring an affirmative vote by the State Board of Elections commissioners
