Authorizes Cattaraugus County to discontinue parkland designation and lease approximately 63.73 acres of reforested land in the Town of Perrysburg for up to 30 years

Lease purpose is to allow oil and gas exploration and extraction, while also maintaining the land for watershed protection, timber production, and recreation

All revenues from the lease must be used for capital improvements to existing parks or recreational facilities, or for acquiring additional park or recreational land

Land and facilities must remain available to the general public, with priority access for residents through a reservation system at free or nominal cost

If the land ceases to be used for the authorized purposes, it reverts to the county; any federal funding received for the parkland requires compliance with federal alienation requirements before the lease can proceed
