Requires the Department of Environmental Conservation to disseminate information on hunting, fishing, and outdoor education to promote instruction in high school physical education courses (grades 9-12)

Mandates public secondary schools to provide hunting, fishing, and outdoor education as part of physical education courses when requested by 10 or more enrolled students

Curriculum must include instruction on hunting and fishing seasons, species that can be sought, license requirements, outdoor recreation opportunities, and the history and benefits of hunting and fishing in New York

Courses must be consistent with Department of Environmental Conservation requirements for license applicants and approved by both the Education Department and DEC

Takes effect July 1 following enactment, with immediate authorization for necessary regulatory changes
