Creates Class A misdemeanor penalties for interfering with election officials in the discharge of their duties or inducing them to violate election laws

Establishes Class A misdemeanor charges for using force, threats, violence, or economic reprisals to intimidate poll watchers, voters, or election workers

Makes it a Class D felony to willfully damage or threaten to damage polling places, tabulation centers, or other election infrastructure with intent to interfere with election administration

Prohibits obstructing access to polling places, election offices, or interfering with voters in ways that cause delays in voting or ballot tabulation (Class A misdemeanor)

Authorizes the attorney general, county attorneys, or election officials to bring civil actions to prevent violations, with civil penalties up to $3,000 per violation and a two-year statute of limitations
