Expands the types of tests licensed pharmacists can order and administer beyond COVID-19 and influenza to include respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), Group A streptococcal pharyngitis, HbA1c, hepatitis C, and HIV tests

All tests must be FDA-authorized and subject to federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act waiver requirements

Extends the expiration date of the pharmacist testing authority from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028

Pharmacists remain classified as qualified health care professionals for purposes of directing limited service laboratories under public health law
