Amends the criminal procedure law to make urine test results from judicial diversion programs private and confidential, prohibiting disclosure to the court or any adverse party without the tested individual's consent

Prohibits urine test results indicating use of non-prescribed substances from being used as evidence in criminal actions against the individual tested

Requires that urinalysis results still be disclosed to the specified treatment program or programs overseeing the defendant's participation

Updates gendered language in the statute from "he or she" and "his or her" to "they" and "their"

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
