Allows boards of elections to employ both election inspectors and poll clerks to work split shifts with adjusted compensation, expanding the current provision that only covered inspectors

Requires at least one election inspector and one poll clerk from each of the two major political parties to be present at the poll site for the entire time polls are open

County boards of elections must prescribe rules and procedures to ensure proper poll site operation under the split shift system

Takes effect immediately upon passage
