Prohibits polling places from being located at any public or private elementary school, secondary school, or preschool facility

Removes existing requirement that public school buildings make rooms available for registration and voting when designated as polling places

Extends requirements for publicly owned or leased buildings to provide accessible, suitable rooms for voting to all such buildings, removing the previous exemption for school buildings

Allows controlling boards of designated public buildings to request cancellation of polling place designation within 30 days if it would unreasonably interfere with usual activities
