Directs the State Board of Elections and State Education Department to jointly examine and evaluate safety concerns for students and staff at schools used as polling places

Authorizes the agencies to request and receive assistance and data from any state or local government entity to complete their evaluation

Requires submission of a joint report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within 6 months of the act's effective date

Mandates the report include any regulatory and legislative proposals deemed necessary to implement the safety recommendations
