Creates new crime of "aggravated harassment of a police officer" under Penal Law section 240.34

Applies when a person intentionally causes or attempts to cause a police officer to come into contact with blood, seminal fluid, urine, feces, or toilet bowl contents by throwing, tossing, or expelling such materials

Requires the perpetrator to know or reasonably should know the victim is a police officer and to act with intent to harass, annoy, threaten, or alarm

Classifies the offense as a class E felony

Takes effect immediately upon passage
