Expands the definition of "wages" under labor law to include any employment compensation not payable at the employer's sole and absolute discretion, such as bonuses and other forms of compensation

Requires employers to notify employees in a clear, prominent, and timely manner if a bonus or compensation is discretionary and excludable from the definition of wages

Creates a legal presumption that an employee's stated terms of employment are the agreed terms if an employer fails to produce written employment terms when requested by the commissioner or employee

Limits criminal penalty exemptions under wage supplement provisions to only apply to bona fide executive, administrative, or professional employees earning over $1,300 per week

Takes effect immediately and applies to all actions filed on or after the effective date
