Amends Criminal Procedure Law section 2.10, subdivision 20 to update the peace officer designation for Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority personnel

Replaces the detailed list of specific ranks (bridge and tunnel officers, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, inspectors, deputy chiefs, assistant chiefs, and chiefs) with the simplified term "sworn officers"

Modernizes statutory language without changing which personnel qualify as peace officers, only streamlining the designation terminology

Takes effect immediately upon passage
