Requires publication of annual revenues including tax receipts, agency earnings, federal grants, gifts, and other income sources

Mandates tracking of bonded indebtedness details including principal, interest, repayment sources, and statutory authority for bond issuance

Data must be retained for at least 10 years, updated within 30 days as new information becomes available, and remain searchable/aggregable on a single website without redirecting to non-compliant external sites
