Requires county boards of elections to copy electronically rendered images of each cast ballot and cast vote records from ballot scanner memory cards within one week after an election

Makes these electronic ballot images and cast vote records public records that must be made available upon request

Amends Election Law Section 3-222 governing the handling of removable memory cards and electronic media used in voting machines

Takes effect immediately upon passage
