Repeals sections 1 through 32, 37 through 43, and 45 through 56 of Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2013, which amended criminal procedure law and other laws relating to suspension and revocation of firearms licenses

The repealed provisions are from the NY SAFE Act, which was enacted in January 2013 following the Sandy Hook shooting

Takes effect immediately upon passage and would be retroactively applied as if in effect since January 15, 2013 (the original enactment date of the SAFE Act)
