Applies to orders of protection issued under multiple New York laws, including the Criminal Procedure Law, Domestic Relations Law, and Family Court Act

Covers orders of protection issued by courts in other states, territories, or tribal jurisdictions

Adds a new section 510.25 to the Criminal Procedure Law establishing this mandatory bail forfeiture provision

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
