Prohibits health insurers from requiring women aged 35 or older to transfer all embryos from a prior IVF cycle before receiving coverage for a subsequent IVF cycle

Applies the prohibition to both general insurance companies (section 3221) and health service corporations (section 4303)

Reinforces existing non-discrimination protections in IVF coverage, which already prohibit discrimination based on age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity, disability, and perceived quality of life

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
