Requires the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) to post a compendium of existing state and federal program waivers on its website within 60 days, including descriptions, grant dates, expiration dates, and applicable social services districts

Mandates OTDA review existing waivers at least once every five years to analyze continued need and publish results for public comment

Requires posting of available federal waivers within 10 days of federal notice, and any waiver requests submitted by OTDA or social services districts must be posted within 10 days of submission

Requires all shelter supplement plans and rental supplement program plans submitted by social services districts to be publicly posted within 10 days of submission

Mandates that approvals, denials, and related guidance for all waiver requests and supplement plans be made publicly available within 10 days of issuance
