Pamphlet must explain what the procedure is, its risks and benefits, alternative techniques like hysteroscopic morcellation, and explicitly warn that the procedure may spread undetected cancer cells

Requires information about pre-surgery cancer screening requirements for conditions including uterine myoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma, and leiomyosarcoma

Pamphlet must be written in layperson's language and made available in English plus the six most common non-English languages spoken in New York, based on census data

Must include contact information for the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and Office of the Professions for patients to report any misconduct
