Creates a new process allowing farm implement owners to designate transfer-on-death (TOD) beneficiaries by filing documents with the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets, enabling farm equipment to pass directly to beneficiaries without probate upon the owner's death

Defines "farm implements" broadly to include tractors, harvesters, milking machines, grain dryers, feed elevators, timber harvesting equipment, and associated accessories used exclusively for agricultural purposes

Requires TOD designation documents to be in writing, signed by all owners, and witnessed by at least two witnesses (one must be disinterested), with specific acknowledgment requirements

Allows owners to designate primary and contingent beneficiaries, and permits cancellation or modification of beneficiary designations at any time without beneficiary consent by filing a new document

Specifies that TOD designations do not affect property ownership until death, are not considered testamentary dispositions, and cannot be revoked or superseded by a will
