Repeals Section 160.57 of the Criminal Procedure Law, which established the automatic sealing of certain criminal convictions under the Clean Slate Act

Removes provisions from the Executive Law and Judiciary Law that were added to implement the Clean Slate Act's record sealing program

Repeals Section 50-g of the Civil Rights Law, another component of the Clean Slate Act framework

Modifies anti-discrimination protections in the Executive Law to remove references to Clean Slate Act sealed convictions, while maintaining existing protections for other types of sealed records (youthful offender adjudications, violations, drug convictions)

Extends from 3 years to 5 years the period that conviction information may remain posted on Department of Corrections websites after sentence completion, with exceptions for sex offenders and those convicted of offenses making them ineligible for merit time
