Requires the Commissioner of Education to establish Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) history and civic impact curriculum aligned with existing social studies learning standards

Curriculum must cover the diaspora of AANHPI communities in New York and the Northeast, their contributions to government, arts, sciences, and U.S. development, and historical events that limited or harmed these communities

Schools may incorporate the materials into history, social studies, or other courses as they deem appropriate

Commissioner must develop professional development training materials for teachers and administrators on implementing the curriculum, with annual updates

Requires an annual report to the governor, legislature, and education committees within one year of the effective date, detailing school implementation rates, teacher engagement with training, student participation, and resource needs for curriculum implementation
