Authorizes physicians (licensed under Education Law Article 131) and other healthcare professionals including chiropractors, physical therapists, nurses, optometrists, psychologists, social workers, speech pathologists, audiologists, and applied behavior analysts to form multidisciplinary professional service LLCs, professional corporations, and registered limited liability partnerships together

Requires each member of a multidisciplinary practice to be licensed under Title Eight of the Education Law and practice only within the scope of their individual professional license

Prohibits members from interfering with the clinical judgment of other members or directing another member to practice beyond the scope of their license

Removes existing restrictions that required licensed clinical social workers and applied behavior analysts to form single-profession LLCs, allowing them to join multidisciplinary practices

Exempts these multidisciplinary practices from the Public Health Law definition of "hospital" and clarifies that fee-pooling within such practices does not constitute professional misconduct under the Education Law
