Second offense for imminent threat violations on any property owned by the same person increases fines to $5,000-$10,000 per day, with possible imprisonment up to one year

Third and subsequent offenses for imminent threat violations carry minimum fines of $10,000 per day with no maximum cap, plus possible imprisonment up to one year

Non-imminent threat violations retain the existing tiered penalty structure: up to $1,000/day for first 180 days, $25-$1,000/day for next 180 days, then $50-$1,000/day thereafter
