Creates three new criminal offenses for sexual assault against a child by a person in a position of trust, with severity based on the victim's age

Third degree offense (Class A misdemeanor): sexual contact with a child under 18 years old by a person in a position of trust

Defines "person in a position of trust" as anyone charged with duty or responsibility for a child's health, education, welfare, or supervision, regardless of how brief the responsibility
