Covers exemption from all 2021-2022 school taxes and all 2022 general taxes

Requires approval by the City of Olean legislature before the assessor can make corrections to the assessment roll

Allows the governing body or tax department to refund taxes already paid and cancel any unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest if the exemption is granted
