Elevates sexual misconduct against a correction officer from a class A misdemeanor to a class E felony when the officer is acting in the course of employment

Increases rape penalties by one felony class when committed against on-duty correction officers: third degree rape from class E to class D felony, second degree from class D to class C, and first degree from class B to class A-II felony

Upgrades aggravated sexual abuse charges by one felony class when victims are on-duty correction officers, with first degree aggravated sexual abuse elevated from class B to class A-II felony

Raises predatory sexual assault against an on-duty correction officer from a class A-II felony to a class A-I felony, the most serious felony classification in New York
