Amends the penal law to allow judges, justices, and support magistrates of town or village justice courts and the unified court system to carry firearms in locations otherwise designated as "sensitive"

Requires these judicial officers to hold a valid pistol or revolver license under Section 400.00 of the penal law to qualify for the exemption

Adds this judicial exemption to the existing list of exceptions that already includes military ceremonies, funerals, honor guards, and biathlon participants

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
