Authorizes Cattaraugus County to discontinue approximately 63.73 acres of reforested land in the Town of Perrysburg for purposes of rehabilitating a dam and developing the land for future use

The affected lands are currently vacant and not used by the public for recreational or reforestation purposes, located across multiple parcels in Lots 15 and 16 of the Holland Land Company's survey

Requires the county to acquire and dedicate replacement property of equal or greater fair market value for reforestation purposes before alienating the discontinued lands

If replacement lands are of lesser value, the county must dedicate the difference toward acquiring additional reforestation lands or improving existing reforested lands

Land must be restored to reforested status if ever used for purposes other than dam rehabilitation and land development as specified in the act
