Prohibits using drones or unmanned aerial vehicles to search for, scout, locate, hunt, detect, or otherwise aid in taking wild animals during hunting season

Defines "unmanned aerial vehicle" as any aircraft operated without the possibility of direct human intervention from within or on the aircraft

Creates an exception allowing drones with infrared capabilities to be used for recovering legally taken animals

Requires property owner permission before entering another person's property or recovering a legally taken animal from private land using a drone

Takes effect immediately upon passage
