Names the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities facility located at Block 1807, Lot 18 on 119th Street in Manhattan as the "Willie Mae 'Goody' Goodman Community Facility"

Honors Willie Mae Goodman, a mother and advocate for people with developmental disabilities whose daughter has been in state care since 1961, first at Willowbrook State School and then at Gouverneur Hospital

Recognizes Goodman's leadership in a court action blocking transfer of residents back to Willowbrook and securing legal recognition that Gouverneur residents were entitled to Willowbrook Class benefits and protections

Requires the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to install and maintain adequate signage for the renamed facility

Takes effect immediately upon passage
