Creates the Office of Older Adult Workforce Development within the New York State Office for the Aging, headed by a coordinator appointed by the Office for the Aging director

Requires the Department of Labor commissioner to appoint a deputy coordinator who will work alongside the coordinator in consultation with the Division of Human Rights

Mandates creation of a centralized website providing resources for older adults on job placement, career building and development, and job support

Requires the office to provide information on age discrimination prohibitions in the workplace and available remedies for discrimination victims

Directs the office to conduct outreach and education to older adults about the services available through the new workforce development office
