Requires mandatory in camera (private) court review before disclosure of any photographs depicting sexual or intimate parts of persons under 18, without requiring either party to file a motion

Establishes factors courts must consider when determining disclosure method, including the minor's age, body parts depicted, relevance to the case, impact on the minor, nature of charges, and the minor's wishes when known

Creates a rebuttable presumption that such photographs shall only be disclosed to defense counsel and relevant experts, not directly to the defendant

Amends existing discovery law requirements for photographs made by law enforcement or prosecution witnesses to add these new protections for images of minors

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
