Grants immunity from prosecution for prostitution-related offenses (sections 230.00, 230.03, or 230.40 of the penal law) to individuals who are victims of or witnesses to a crime

Requires the person to act in good faith by either reporting the crime to law enforcement, seeking or receiving health care services as a result of the crime, or assisting in the investigation or prosecution

Applies when the prostitution-related activity occurred at or near the time of the crime or under circumstances reasonably related to it

Defines "crime" broadly to include acts that reasonably appear to be crimes, regardless of whether they result in a conviction

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law and applies to any prosecution pending on or after the effective date
