Requires the State Board of Elections to establish uniform, statewide notice forms for registration cancellation and inactive status notifications

Expands notification requirements for address change confirmations to include email and telephone contact in addition to mailed notices

Replaces gendered pronouns ("he," "him," "his") with gender-neutral language ("such voter," "such voter's") throughout the affected election law sections
