Defines "firearm related product" broadly to include firearms, ammunition, firearm precursor parts, components, and accessories sold, manufactured, distributed, or possessed in New York state

Defines "firearm accessory" as any attachment designed to alter or enhance firing capabilities, lethality, or a shooter's ability to hold and use a firearm

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for agencies to develop necessary implementing regulations
