Reduces signature requirements for designating petitions by 25% (rounded down) in counties with populations of 250,000 or fewer residents

Establishes a 3.75% signature threshold based on enrolled party voters for political subdivision offices in smaller counties, excluding inactive voters

Exempts ward, town, city, and county committee positions from the 3.75% threshold requirement

Does not apply to congressional or statewide office designating petitions, which retain existing signature requirements

Takes effect immediately upon passage
