Amends the workers' compensation law to expand the definition of "family leave" to include leave taken by an employee to recover from a stillbirth occurring after the twentieth week of gestation

Adds stillbirth recovery as a new qualifying reason for paid family leave, alongside existing reasons such as caring for a family member with a serious health condition, bonding with a new child, and military qualifying exigencies

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
