Authorizes Christine Hasseler, a Tier 1 member of the New York State Teachers' Retirement System who joined September 1, 1970 and retired August 12, 2004, to have her pension benefits recalculated

Requires recalculation of her final average salary and pension to include retirement incentive payments she did not receive by the deadline through no fault of her own

Makes the increased benefit retroactive to her retirement date of August 12, 2004

Estimated cost of $66,000 to be borne by employers of NYSTRS members

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
