Expands mandatory insurance coverage for standard fertility preservation services by removing the requirement that coverage only applies when medical treatment may cause iatrogenic infertility (infertility caused by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatment)

Adds "anticipated iatrogenic infertility" to the list of health conditions insurers cannot discriminate against when providing fertility coverage

Applies to group health insurance policies (section 3221), health maintenance organization contracts (section 4303), and individual health insurance policies (section 3216)

Maintains that fertility preservation coverage may be subject to annual deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments consistent with other benefits in the policy

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
